Can I join the online coaching program if I am in a different time zone? 

  • Yes! We designed the online coaching program to make it accessible for everyone. 

How often do you take new clients for personal training? 

  • We take new clients on a regular basis; however, it depends on our current capacity. If you are looking to start on a particular date, make sure to add the specific date on the inquiry form. You can always send us an email to find out more information about our current client intake. 

What is the refund policy? 

Digital Downloads

  • All purchases for digital downloads made on dashafitsaied.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Due to the intangibility of the product (digital download), no requests for refunds are accepted.

Personal Training

  • When it comes to personal training both in-person and online, the client is required to pay upfront for the service provided. The client may cancel the agreement within 24 hours of paying the invoice for a full refund. After 24 hours, the client will not receive a refund for any reason.

In- Person Workshops

  • Once a ticket has been purchased it cannot be refunded for any reason. Tickets cannot be resold.
